Church World Service Health Kits For the past several years, our church school has collected items that we assembled into health kits and then delivered to the regional Church World Service office. This year, we are asking that members of our congregation, along with the voyagers, donate completed kits. Your donations can be dropped off at the ark table in Hubley Hall during Coffee Hour. These kits are used for teaching primary health care in development programs and disaster relief situations throughout the world. We are also accepting monetary donations. A donation of just $12.00 will cover the cost of one kit. The kit includes: one hand towel, one bar of bath soap, one washcloth, one nail clipper or nail file, six band-aids, one comb, one toothbrush and one 4-7 oz. of toothpaste. Please seal all items in a one-gallon plastic bag with a zipper closure. A cost of $2.00 per kit is also necessary for shipping and handling. Thank you in advance for donating to this most worthwhile outreach program. Your generous donations make a huge difference in the world. Any questions, please call Candy at 245-2739, ext. 15.

Heifer Banks Once again, our Ark of Adventure church school will be participating in the Heifer International "Fill the Ark" Lenten mission project. Our voyagers are receiving a four-week Ark calendar and Ark bank, to try and fill during Lent. Heifer Project's goal is to help hungry families become self-reliant for food and income. The banks will be collected and dedicated during the Children's Sermon on Palm Sunday.
